Editing and Creating Images

Before an article can be published, it needs to be edited, and it needs a cover image.

Members of the Editorial Board provide both of those.

Editing

Articles that require editing are in the To Edit column in the Kanban board in Fedora Magazine Taiga.

Since multiple people will be potentially completing this step, they need to coordinate in comments in the card.

Edit the article for potential grammatical and spelling errors.

When done, indicate that in the comments.

If the cover image has been also done (that would be indicated in the comments), move the card to the Queued column in the Kanban board in Fedora Magazine Taiga.

Creating a cover image

Articles that require a cover image are in the To Edit column in the Kanban board in Fedora Magazine Taiga.

Since multiple people will be potentially completing this step, they need to coordinate in comments in the card.

Create a cover image for the article. See the Creating a featured image page for instructions.

When done, indicate that in the comments.

If the cover image has been also done (that would be indicated in the comments), move the card to the Queued column in the Kanban board in Fedora Magazine Taiga.
