Go

Fedora 29 provides Golang version 1.11, which was released in August 2018. This update adds many bug fixes, preliminary support for modules and many other new features. Most changes concern toolchain, runtime, and library implementations.

All Go packages in Fedora have been rebuilt against the updated version.
